Guacara Poetry can be considered an avant-garde movement of the 21 century Mexican poetry. Its participants are ex-addicts poets of illegal substances, mediocre rhymes fans, lovers of junk food, bulimia sufferers readers, writers in a period of abstinence, among others. Guacara Poetry puede ser considerado como un movimiento de vanguardia de la poesía mexicana del siglo 21. El método, adaptado de la técnica de Liang Yuxin "the chinese vomit machine", consiste en vomitar cualquier cosa que se haya consumido por la boca o por el ano luego de aparentar control total de su voluntad en lecturas de poesía o en encuentros literarios. Entre las hazañas más increíbles de los Guacara Poets se encuentran los poemas "El hombre quiere vomitar", "Tragarse una cadena de 1 metro 20 centímetros y regresarla (por el mismo orificio por el que entró)", y "No hay que ofender al cocodrilo". Una de las técnicas de escritura más famosas es la utilizada por el poeta de las guacaras cuyo nombre no ha sido revelado, pero que es conocido como "El Buitre de la Mitras Norte", que consiste en sujetar la mano de su madre mientras él vomita sobre ella, y a su vez ella sobre él, hasta que sale todo el McTrío del día. El poema se llama "Oh, Cajita Feliz, hazme daño".
